I'm a huge fan of steamed muffins flavored with chocolate, green tea, cheese, banana, etc.
I've made a cheese steamed muffins the other day for the first time and it was so fluffy that it stayed fluffy all day.
I'll make sure to shoot some pics next time!
This is a very popular bread in Japan especially in a convenience stores. great for a light snack..
there is nothing like melting away, just like a snow flake in mouth, disappears..
once you taste this steamed bread, you'll wonder why all the other bread don't melt away like this one.
aww my mouth is dripping full of saliva now☆
