Non Fat Muffins


The worst food combination that draw you to being overweight are fat and sugar (according to a health-conscious site)

This is 1 of my favorite recipes ever

I've already made these tasty yet nutritious muffins countless times with different flavors so you know it's good good♪


The NON OIL MUFFIN recipe (makes 6 muffins)
☆ 1Egg
☆40grams of Sugar
☆50grams of Yogurt
☆50grams of Milk
★120grams of Flower
★4g of Baking powder ※Sift ★ together previously

※Preheat the oven to 340℉

①Break the egg in a large bowl, add sugar, yogurt, milk in order.
②Mix ★ into ① stir until it roughly mix
③pour into a shape and bake it for 25 mins
